NOTE: Payment for all assessments, reports, treatment summaries, disability paperwork, letters, and evaluations is due in full prior to the release of these documents. These services are considered non-insurance-covered expenses and, as such, are not included in Good Faith Estimates and will not be billed to insurance.

A properly served, physical subpoena is required for all court testimony or depositions. Court fees must be paid at least 7 days prior to the scheduled court date.
Court fees are non-refundable
In-person testimony: 1-day minimum charge
Virtual / Zoom testimony: Half-day minimum charge
Payment must be received in full before the court appearance is scheduled.
COURT-RELATED SERVICES
* Clinicians cannot provide custody recommendations, parenting time or access or act as parenting/custody evaluators.
* They may only testify to clinical observations, treatment progress, clinical impressions, parent-child interaction, attendance records and documented mental status.
* Cases involving alleged alienation or estrangement require referral to an independent evaluator.
